How do I update my account information?

To update your account information, go to My Account at the top of any page and sign in if you haven't already.

 

Change your shipping address

Click Manage Your Address Book and then click “Add A New Address.” Input your new address and click “Submit” at the bottom of the page. Remove old addresses by clicking “Delete” and then “Delete This Address.”

 

Change your billing address

Click Change Your Billing Information, Email Address, and Password. Enter your new address in the correct fields and click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.

 

Change your password

Click Change Your Billing Information, Email Address, and Password. Enter your new password in the Password field and click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.

 

Change your email address or phone number

Click Change Your Billing Information, Email Address, and Password. Enter your new email or phone number in the correct field and click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.

 

What if I forgot my password?

Don't panic! Click here and enter your email address; be sure to use the email associated with your Q Brothers account. We will email your password to you asap. It's a good idea to add “customerservice@qbrothers.com” to your address book to ensure our emails reach your inbox.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you’d like to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible by calling (888) 811-6611 between the hours of 9am-6pm CST, Monday-Saturday. We process and ship orders pretty darn fast, so it's not always possible to make changes or cancel your order. But give us a call and we'll try our best to accommodate any requests.

 

What if an item I want is out of stock?

We strive to keep all of our amazing products readily available, but given that we offer thousands of different items, we occasionally run out of certain products.

Here's the lowdown:

  • If the item you want is out of stock, but you can still add the product to your shopping cart, go ahead and place your order. We'll ship it out as soon as it arrives.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, but you can't add the product to your shopping cart, click “Notify Me,” and we'll email you when it's back in stock.
  • You can also call us at (888) 811-6611 between the hours of 9am-6pm CST, Monday-Saturday to place a backorder by phone. We'll give you an estimate of when the product will arrive, and ship it out as soon as it does.

 

What are my payment options?

For your convenience, we accept both debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Paypal payments.

 

How do I check my order status?

After placing your order, you'll receive an email from Q Brothers verifying that your order has been received. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It's a good idea to add “customerservice@qbrothers.com” to your address book to ensure our emails reach your inbox.

To check the status of your order on our site, go to My Account at the top of any page. Click on “View Order History/Status” and you will be able to view all of your orders. If your order has shipped, click the tracking information to see when it will arrive.

How do I track my order?

Click “Track Your Order” under “My Account” at the bottom of any page. Enter your Order Number and Email Address associated with your account in the appropriate fields, then click “Submit.” Voilà!

You can also go to My Account at the top of any page. Click on “View Order History/Status” and you will be able to view all of your orders. If your order has shipped, click the tracking information to see when it will arrive.

 

How can I check the value of my gift card?

Click “Gift Cards” under “Additional Info” at the bottom of any page. Enter your Gift Card Number and click “Submit.” Proceed to load up your shopping cart.
